India reaches out to allies as deadline to list Masood Azhar as global terrorist looms near

New Delhi: The deadline to designate Jaish-e-Mohammad chief Masood Azhar as a global terrorist at the United Nations ends on Wednesday (March 13), however, Beijing is yet to clarify if its supports India’s demand regarding Azhar’s listing. India, on the other hand, reached out to crucial players on Monday, including the US, UAE, Saudi Arabia and Turkey to garner support for its request to list Masood Azhar as a global terrorist.
