New Delhi: Delhi recorded a pass percentage of 91.87 per cent in the Class 12 CBSE examinations, an increase of 2.87 per cent compared to last year.
Virav Jindal and Mehak Talwar made the national capital proud by scoring 497 out of 500 marks and bagging all India third rank in the exams, results of which were announced Thursday.
According to CBSE statistics, Delhi recorded a pass percentage of 91.87 per cent. It was 89 per cent last year.
Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal and his deputy Manish Sisodia congratulated students on Twitter.
“Congratulations parents, students and teachers. Congrats Delhi. Its a matter of pride for Delhi,” Kejriwal tweeted.
