Alia Bhatt joined the band wagon of celebrities reading out Harry Potter books as part of a virtual initiative, Harry Potter At Home, started by author JK Rowling’s fantasy media franchise Wizarding World. The actress on Thursday read out the eighth chapter from Harry Potter And The Philosopher’s Stone.
Initiated to keep those at home entertained during the lockdown with the magical world of the teenage wizard, Harry Potter at Home sees celebrities from across the world read out portions from the Harry Potter books every week. This week, Bollywood star Alia Bhatt read the eighth chapter, The Potions Master, with Hollywood star Alec Baldwin. The video also has a cameo by Baldwin’s daughter Carmen, a self-confessed Potterhead, who read out a portion too.
