BJP alleges over 100 Hindu families forced to leave due to harassment

Meerut: After a Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader filed a complaint on NaMo app claiming that nearly 125 Hindu families have been forced to move out of a locality in Meerut following harassment from another community, Meerut Police on Friday poured cold water on a report that the exodus is happening due to communal tensions. The police confirmed that people are moving out of the locality due to several persisting civic issues.
